Job summary

Accenture Indonesia seeks a Regional Protective Services Manager to oversee incident and crisis management, emergency planning, physical security, and risk assessments across the region. You will liaise with Business, IT, Legal, HR and external agencies to protect people and facilities and ensure regulatory alignment.

The role requires 8–10 years in security, 5+ years with corporate security, and strong leadership and communication skills; travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college is required.
• Industry certifications CPP, PSP, PCI are a plus.
• 8–10 years security experience in private, government, or security forces.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience with Corporate Security functions.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience with Microsoft Office products (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Foster security culture and awareness.
• Apply broad security risk management knowledge to enable business operations.
• Contribute / implement security strategy, plans, procedures, and controls.
• Identify, anticipate, assess, and help resolve complex business challenges.
• Conduct threat, vulnerability and risk assessments.
• Build engagement/relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Establish near term goals and input to longer term goals.
• Maintain awareness of relevant regulations and decisions.
• Ensure GP&S guidance aligns with Accenture policies.
• Serve as SME for crisis and emergency management and be the main contact for stakeholders.
• Manage incident notifications and security assessments by vendors.
• Disseminate information to leadership and coordinate employee messaging.
• Primary escalation path for ASEAN incidents from partners.
• Support security awareness training and executive protection.
• Develop and maintain relationships with EAO, ER, Legal, HR, IT, Travel, and local leadership.
