Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Information Technology, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for business and operational applications.
• Build and maintain AI-powered systems such as chatbots, intelligent document processing, predictive analytics, and recommendation systems.
• Fine-tune, evaluate, and integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI solutions into internal business processes.
• Work with structured and unstructured data for model training, validation, and optimization.
• Develop APIs and integrate AI services into existing enterprise systems and workflows.
• Monitor and improve model performance, scalability, accuracy, reliability, and latency in production environments.
• Implement prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector database solutions, and AI orchestration frameworks.
• Collaborate closely with business users, product owners, and IT teams to identify and deliver AI use cases with measurable business impact.
• Ensure AI solutions comply with data privacy, cybersecurity, governance, and ethical AI standards
• Stay updated with emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices to support digital transformation initiatives

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for business and operational applications
• Build and maintain AI-powered systems such as chatbots, intelligent document processing, predictive analytics, recommendation systems, and workflow automation tools
• Fine-tune, evaluate, and integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI solutions into internal business processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum 7 years of experience in AI/ML Engineering, Data Science, or related roles
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and generative AI platforms such as:
• OpenAI
• Google DeepMind
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as:
• Amazon Web Services
• Google Cloud
• Experience with APIs, databases, Docker, Git, and software development best practices
• Strong understanding of data pipelines, MLOps, and AI deployment lifecycle
• Experience building AI agents, copilots, or autonomous workflow solutions
• Knowledge of vector databases and RAG architecture implementation
