Job summary

The Langham Jakarta seeks beverage service professionals for its luxury hotel. You will showcase knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails, coffee and non-alcoholic beverages to elevate guest experiences.

Minimum 2 years in a luxury hotel or premium restaurant; Diploma in Food and Beverage preferred; certificates in beverage service are a plus. Strong English and exceptional interpersonal skills are essential for guest satisfaction.

• Diploma in Food and Beverage is preferred
• Professional certification in beverage service, wine, or mixology is preferred
• In-depth knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails, coffee, and non-alcoholic beverages, including current market trends.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with good English proficiency.
• Solid customer service orientation: ensuring satisfaction, responding to feedback effectively, and proactively enhancing the guest experience.
