Responsibilities:

1. Lead & manage the Photographer Team to meet the needs of Creative & other divisions.
2. Create and develop concepts for Product/Model Photoshoots for new product launches or existing campaigns.
3. Direct photographers & DI specialists to produce high-quality images suitable for social media, marketplace, offline, or other division needs.
4. Develop concept decks and storylines for video campaigns related to new product launches or branding.
5. Collaborate closely with the Production Division for video and model photo productions.
6. Supervise video production from pre-production, during production day, to post-production, alongside the Creative Director.
7. Direct video productions when needed.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 2 years of experience as an Art Director, with strong knowledge of photography & TVC production.
2. Passionate and experienced working in the beauty industry.
3. Strong leadership skills.
4. Detail-oriented.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
6. Adaptable, agile, and quick learner.
7. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, & Premiere Pro.
