A leading Indonesian company is seeking a Marketing Specialist to develop strategical marketing plans aimed at user growth through various channels. The role involves managing marketing activities, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leveraging data to achieve targets. This position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing or sales and demands strong analytical skills.
You will be responsible for developing Gojek products by creating and implementing strategic marketing plans across various touch points namely visibility, partnership, and digital to name a few. You will also be responsible for the marketing funnel of Gojek products across the representative Area, aligned with the headquarters initiatives. You will work closely with the User Growth, Marketing, and cross-functional team.

We work closely with Region User Growth team and HQ counterparts to design, implement, and monitor localized growth strategies tailored to diverse market dynamics. Our team leverages data, market insights, and cross-functional collaboration to solve complex challenges, improve user acquisition and retention, and ensure alignment with company-wide growth objectives.
