Responsibilities

About This Job:

The Area Supervisor at MOP Beauty will be responsible for managing and developing new General Trade (GT) customer acquisitions in Central Java. This role focuses on network expansion, maintaining excellent relationships with distribution partners, and executing effective sales strategies to meet company targets. You will closely collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with marketing activities

Job Descriptions

  • Lead the acquisition of new General Trade (GT) customers and outlets in the assigned region, ensuring sales targets are met.
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with distributors, resellers, and retail partners in the area.
  • Proactively manage distribution partner relationships to ensure product availability, effective promotions, and achievement of targets.
  • Prepare regular sales performance reports, market insights, and accurate sales forecasts to report to the Head of Business Development.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing and Operations, to effectively execute sales strategies within the region.
  • Actively monitor new market opportunities and optimize market penetration.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Sales or Business Development, especially in General Trade (GT) channels, ideally within the FMCG or beauty industry (Personal Care/Skin Care).
  • Strong network and channels along with in-depth knowledge of the local market conditions.
  • Comfortable working with targets, independent, proactive, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, able to work effectively both independently and in a team.
  • Willing to regularly travel within the assigned area.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, and familiar with sales management software.
  • Result-oriented, highly motivated, and possessing a positive mindset.
  • Good proficiency in English (spoken and written) is an advantage.
