Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Supervisor (in General Trade & Modern Trade Independent)
  • Experienced in handling distributors, agents, and resellers
  • Have background experience in personal care and skincare
  • Have handled General Trade channels in the placements area

Responsibilities:

  • Building team and distribution network in the area
  • Supervise the activities of sales executive and distributor/agent/reseller to meet sales targets
  • Maintain contact with clients to create a good working relationship that fosters increased sales and a customer base
