Job description

Responsible for overseeing and managing all sales operations within the assigned territory. This role ensures the achievement of sales targets, effective execution of sales strategies, and the development of strong relationships with customers, distributors, and other key partners, including strong execution from the company’s direction. The Area Sales Supervisor also plays a critical role in leading, coaching, and supporting the sales team to drive performance, implement promotional initiatives, and maintain alignment with the company’s overall sales objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any major, with a preference for management.
  • At least 3 years of experience in selling FMCG products.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Area Sales Supervisor in an FMCG company.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to lead a team.
  • Good communication, persuasion skills, and ability to build relationships with customers and teams.
  • Understanding of the work area and good relationships with local outlets/distributors.
  • Knowledge of sales strategies and product distribution.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and generate reports.
  • Able to work with targets and under pressure in the field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM applications (if any).
  • Willingness to travel within the area and be placed anywhere as per company needs.
  • Having a valid driving license (SIM A).
