Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Sales Supervisor (handling both General Trade and Modern Trade independent channels)
  • Strong understanding of online selling strategies and execution
  • Proven experience managing distributors, agents, and resellers
  • Solid knowledge of territory management
  • Background in the FMCG or beauty industry preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Building team and distribution network in the area
  • Supervise the activities of sales executive and distributor/agent/reseller to meet sales target
  • Maintain contact with clients to create a good working relationship that fosters increased sales and a customer base
  • Willing to be placed in the Sulawesi Selatan area, with a home base in Makassar
