Area Sales Supervisor (Automotive Financing)

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a sales representative team.
• Ensure sales and operation activities according to applicable procedures.
• Ensure the achievement of sales targets and other targets.
• Maintain good relationships with dealers.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree.
• Experience in a Car Leasing company (Financial Services Industry) minimum 3 years in Sales and Operation area.
• Maximum age 35 years old.
• Strong knowledge in Financial Statement, Sales & Operations, and Credit Analyst in the Leasing industry.
• Analytical and good problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and strong leadership.
• Able to work under pressure and deliver work properly.
