Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in sales supervision.
• Preferably experienced as a Supervisor or in Territory Area Sales within FMCG industries, especially for East Bandung, West Bandung, Garut, and surrounding areas.
• High achiever and target-oriented.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Passionate about handling and motivating subordinates.
• Owning a vehicle and willing to be mobile within the coverage area is preferred.
