Responsibilities
- Sales Management: Develop and implement sales operationals strategies and plans to achieve revenue targets on the assigned area. Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for growth. Conduct regular sales meetings with the sales team area to review progress, discuss challenges and plan next steps, also regularly visit the market to evaluate market share and monitoring about competitors’ activities.
- Team Management: Hire, train, and manage a team of sales representatives (outsources). Set performance targets and provide coaching and guidance to help them achieve their goals. Provide ongoing feedback and support to help the team meet their objectives and drive sales growth.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the assigned area. Attend customer meetings, trade shows, and other events to promote the company's products and services. Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints.
- Promotional Activities: Develop and execute promotional activities such as events, product launches, and marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales. Work closely with trade / marketing teams to ensure the promotional activities are aligned with the overall marketing strategy.
- Reporting and Analysis: Collect and analyze data on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends. Prepare reports and presentations to share insights and recommendations to direct superior.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree from any major with minimum GPA 2.75
- Minimum 2 years of working experience as ASPM form FMCG/pharmaceuticals industry
- Willing to be placed at all area in Indonesia
- Have experience coverage area in West Java
