Position: Area Sales Manager

Work Location: Bandung

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Area Sales Manager or in a similar role
  • Experience in the Beauty, FMCG, or Retail industry is preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and team management skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively within your assigned region

Job Responsibilities:

  • Execute Area Sales Strategy: Implement sales plans in the Bandung area to achieve regional targets and support national objectives
  • Manage and Develop Sales Team: Supervise and support a team of sales representatives and distributors; provide training and coaching to boost performance
  • Grow Distribution Channels: Identify and onboard new distributors and retail partners; manage relationships with existing ones
  • Market Monitoring: Analyze area performance, monitor competitor activities, and identify market trends to improve sales strategy
  • Sales Reporting: Deliver accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and feedback to regional and national teams
  • Coordinate with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing and product departments to execute campaigns, launches, and promotions effectively
