Job description

This position is responsible for managing and developing the business in the assigned territory (region), leading the sales team and distributor(s) sales team to achieve common goals.

About The Job

  1. Achieve sales volume, value, and NCM through excellent management and development of distributors and key accounts.
  2. Establish and develop RTM strategy and ensure excellent execution with distributors.
  3. Manage the end-to-end gourmet business process and drive internal and external factors to meet objectives.
  4. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on key accounts and direct accounts.
  5. Build relationships with customers and distributor teams to improve overall sales results and service levels.
  6. Analyze data, identify opportunities, create forecasts, cascade strategies, and lead internal and external teams to achieve objectives.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in business, communication, or food technology.
  • Languages: Bahasa and English.
  • Experience in RTM strategy, customer, distributor, and territory management.
  • Effective and persuasive selling skills.
  • Ability to develop and lead sales teams.
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience, including at least 2 years in the food service sector.
