Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Account Managers to manage account activities and processes.
- Analyze and oversee the account renewal process.
- Address and resolve client queries accurately and promptly.
- Develop and maintain detailed client reports.
- Review reports for accuracy and integrity.
- Manage endorsement requests and change requests from customers.
- Create an account management plan aligned with business objectives.
- Organize staff training sessions for performance and skill development.
- Ensure client deliverables meet company standards.
- Review and manage fund transactions, payments, invoicing, and remittance.
