Job Description

• Conduct market trend analysis, monitor competitor activities, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Develop strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
• Provide support, mentoring, and motivation to ensure the team reaches peak sales performance.
• Create regular reports for the Sales team.
• Analyze opportunities for expanding sales coverage areas.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants.
• Set individual targets for each team under the Regional Sales Manager (RSM).
• Achieve company-defined sales targets and ensure consistent sales growth in alignment with the national growth plan.
• Perform random check coverage area visits (field checks).
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of DSMs, SPLs, MROs, and Promoters.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have graduated from a diploma program.
• At least 2 years of working experience in a related field.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team and area.
• Good communication skills and marketing skills, including social media proficiency.
• Familiar with MS Office and Excel.
