Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Conduct market trend analysis, monitor competitor activities, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Develop strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Provide support, mentoring, and motivation to ensure the team reaches peak sales performance.
  • Create regular reports for the Sales team.
  • Analyze opportunities for expanding sales coverage areas.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants.
  • Set individual targets for each team under the Regional Sales Manager (RSM).
  • Achieve company-defined sales targets and ensure consistent sales growth in alignment with the national growth plan.
  • Perform random check coverage area visits (field checks).
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of DSMs, SPLs, MROs, and Promoters.

Qualifications

  • Candidate minimum graduated from diploma
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field
  • Have strong Leadership and able to manage Team and Area
  • Have good Communication skill and Marketing skill with social media
