Job description

  • Responsible for achieving sales target in modern trade area
  • Developing and motivating sales force team to achieve individual’s and team performance
  • Develop trade and consumer promotions and manages execution of such trade and consumer promotions
  • Secures visibility according to set standards in all trade outlets and events
  • Actively tries to create space within venues to facilitate the attainment of visibility objectives
  • Leading and managing marketing events and programs
  • Reporting : Submits necessary reports periodically; meets deadlines and abides by the route plans
  • Developing a strong relationship of co-operation and partnership with all accounts.

Requirements:

  • Graduated from Bachelor/Master Degree any major from reputable university with minimum GPA 3.00
  • Having experience in the same position at least for 3 years (preferable from FMCG Company)
  • Must have experience in Modern Trade Area
  • Good command in English both spoken and written
  • Familiar with modern market business and sales activity

At the time, Indonesia’s ice cream market was in its infancy. Consumption of ice cream was extremely low and refrigerated distribution was next to non-existent. After five years, Mr. W.T. Chen took over, and Diamond’s fortunes began to change

Under Mr. W.T. Chen’s leadership, Diamond created our own refrigerated distribution network. This move enabled us to widely expand and channel our ice cream products into new retail markets, followed by expansion into the food service and general trade segments.By the 1990s, Diamond was confident enough to begin exporting

Diamond’s high standards of quality control and food safety have positioned us as a leading dairy and frozen food supplier, including to international franchises within Indonesia such as Dairy Queen, Wendy’s, KFC, McDonald’s and more.
