Job Description

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet sales and profit targets.
  • Manage and optimize distribution channels and key account relationships to drive sales.
  • Oversee monthly sales forecasts.
  • Support Marketing/Trade Marketing teams to increase market share and consumption.
  • Ensure clear communication between sales, marketing, and technical teams.
  • Submit monthly sales reports on volume, potential sales, and client base to management, contributing to annual planning.
  • Monitor competitor activities and products.




The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with 10+ years of sales/marketing experience in a related industry.
  • Background in food manufacturing/FMCG preferred.
  • At least 3 years in a similar role.
  • Strong local and regional business experience, particularly in key or developing markets.
  • Proven expertise in distributor/Key Account management.
  • Extensive experience in leading major negotiations.
  • Track record in developing and achieving sales and budget forecasts.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
