Job description

Implement sales distribution strategy activities in terms of target fulfillment, volume growth, distribution and product penetration.

Job Description:

1. Responsible for the development of market potential.
2. Maintain price stability in the area.
3. Conduct recruitment of distributor selection in new area.
4. Evaluate or review business monthly to distributors.
5. Arrange rolling forecast.

Job Requirement:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
2. At least 5+ years of working experience as Area Sales Manager in FMCG company, preferably in bottled and packaged water.
3. Has good leadership, analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
4. Willing to be placed in all our operations areas.
