Area Sales Manager

Our client is a High End Boutique Resort group in Bali which manages a small portfolio of luxury resorts.

This role will be reporting directly to Area Assistant Director of Sales.

Please note that this position is available for Indonesian Nationals only.

Profile

1. High End Luxury Boutique Resort experience
2. Strong knowledge of working practices and principles in a 5-star hospitality setting
3. Experience in similar position or very strong #2 is welcome
4. Strong in Australia and Indian markets
5. Familiar with sales reports, contract rates, target and market segments
6. Ability and willingness to travel
7. Excellent communication and tactical skill
8. Wide network of contacts
9. Strong English both oral and written
10. Active person with an outgoing personality
11. Independent and team player at the same time
12. Result-oriented in order to achieve the target
13. Able to work under pressure
14. Computer literate
15. Positive attitude
16. Energetic
17. Hands-on
18. Flexible
