Overview

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our dynamic team to be placed in our several coverage areas in Indonesia.

Job Purpose

This role will be responsible for managing sales operations, driving strategies and achieving sales targets within a designated geographic area or market segment.

Key Accountabilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans tailored to your region.
  • Achieve sales targets while ensuring compliance with company policies and systems.
  • Establish, manage and maintain relationships with current and target key customers.
  • Contribute to and deliver Business Development Plans for relevant key accounts.
  • Develop and support distribution network, enhancing their capabilities in collaboration with Channel Management.
  • Manage a project pipeline, ensuring schedules and quotes are created within agreed timeframes, and all opportunities are tracked and closed.
  • Monitoring and analyzing sales and market data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Developing and implementing programs to increase market share and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and manage account receivables, ensuring timely payments and healthy cash flow.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Managing and mentoring a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and coaching to ensure their success.
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications or a related field.
  • 5+ years of sales experience in frozen food products, FMCG or related industries.
  • Proven experience in a sales management or leadership role is crucial.
  • Demonstrate consistent meeting or exceeding sales quotas and targets is a significant requirement.
  • The ability to develop sales strategies, analyze data, and solve problems is critical.
