Job summary

A global leader in steel building solutions is seeking a sales professional with at least 5 years of experience in the PEB industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating enquiries, preparing offers, and managing customer relationships. A Civil Engineering degree is required along with proficiency in MS-Excel and AutoCAD. Strong negotiation and communication skills are essential. This position is based in Indonesia.

Qualifications

Job Responsibilities
  • Generate project enquiries from various sources such as corporate houses, consulting firms, public and private sector entities, individuals, and non-government organizations.
  • Raise quote request forms to the design and estimation department based on customer requirements or consultants' drawings to get project estimates.
  • Prepare techno-commercial offers to submit to customers.
  • Negotiate with customers to finalize contracts.
  • Coordinate with customers and the head office for successful and timely project execution.
  • Secure payment or letters of credit for jobs on time.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and report to immediate supervisors at regular intervals.
  • Conduct marketing promotion activities.
  • Manage customer relationships and provide customer service.
  • Develop new markets within the country or region.
  • Coordinate with erectors and finalize with CMD.
Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of working experience in sales in the PEB industry.
  • Civil Engineer or equivalent degree from a university.
  • Technical knowledge in civil, mechanical engineering, or architecture.
  • Proficient in MS-Excel, Power Point, and Auto/CAD.
  • People management skills.
