Job description

Job Responsibilities:
  1. To grow sales revenue through the establishment of distribution networks within the automotive industry in Indonesia.
  2. Manage overall sales activities with a focus on business development to enhance business growth for Mobility and New Energy (MNE) in Indonesia.
  3. Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to achieve the sales target.
  4. Meet customers to discuss their evolving needs and assess the quality of our company's relationship with them.
  5. Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories, projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
  6. Monitor sales volume, product mix and selling price, supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
  7. Negotiate contractual terms and conditions with customers to maximize benefits for the company.
  8. Achieve global, regional, country, and personal targets, aligning with company sales policies and strategies.
  9. Enhance professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
  10. Continuously develop knowledge of the business climate, applications, and competition for the accounts.
  11. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  12. Provide customers with a high level of commercial and technical service for QCDEM as OEM requirements.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
  2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in handling the OEM automotive industry.
  3. A successful and proven sales track record and exceptional presentation skills.
  4. Ability to meet Sales Goals, Negotiation Skills, and Customer Focus. Knowledge in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO TS16949.
  5. Good command of both written and spoken English is a must.
  6. This role will be home-based and reports to the Regional Sales Manager based in Thailand.
