Detail Job Responsibilities

  • Drive business growth within scope and targeted profitability for General Trade Channel at designated area.
  • Grow sales (volume & value mix), market share, Numeric and weighted distribution within scope. Execute Kraft Heinz strategic commercial plans including new market/channel entry, geo-expansion, direct-to-consumer, new product launches, cross-category promotions, in-store space acquisitions, distributor management, trade engagement/loyalty, and in-store execution of sales routines, promotion adherence, etc.
  • Execute targeted portfolio strategy (SKU/channel/area mix) to maximize value creation. Drive local/tactical initiatives and propose new projects with business plans.
  • Implement distributor sales processes to maximize efficiency and advise on profitability strategies for distributors. Manage product availability stocks to avoid OOS and prioritize SKU strategies.

Ensure best-in-class execution of trade and consumer activities for General Trade Channel at designated area.

  • Implement strict control of RVP at store level via distributors’ and third-party merchandising teams to match standards.
  • Execute consumer activities (direct selling, events) to meet execution standards.
  • Ensure full implementation of sales & distribution routines, KPI/goal setting, reviews, and reporting activities.
  • Lead daily operational engagement with distributors.

Execute activities to support Go To Market initiatives at designated area.

  • Provide information for building and piloting GTM platforms.
  • Implement targeted GTM models at distributors, ensuring compliance with standards and continuous improvement.

Implement activities to support Kraft Heinz distributor management strategy at designated area.

  • Support distributor setup, practices, control, monitoring, performance evaluation, and capability development.

Manage, develop, and lead the distributor team at designated area.

  • Ensure quality recruitment, performance reviews, reward schemes, and coaching for team growth.
