Job description

Job Responsibilities
  1. Drive business growth within scope and targeted profitability for General Trade Channel at designated area
  2. Grow sales (volume & value mix), market share, Numeric and weighted distribution within scope. Execute Kraft Heinz strategic commercial plans including new market/channel entry, geo-expansion, direct-to-consumer, new product launches, cross-category promotions, in-store space acquisitions, distributor management, trade engagement/loyalty, and in-store execution of sales routines, promotion adherence, etc.
  3. Execute targeted portfolio strategy (SKU/channel/area mix) to maximize value creation. Drive local/tactical initiatives and propose new projects with business plans.
  4. Implement distributor sales processes to maximize efficiency and advise on profitability strategies for distributors. Manage stock availability to avoid OOS and prioritize SKU-sensitive strategies.
Execution of Trade and Consumer Activities
  1. Ensure best-in-class execution for General Trade Channel at the designated area.
  2. Implement strict control of RVP at store level through distributors and third-party merchandising teams to meet standards.
  3. Execute consumer activities (selling, events) matching execution standards.
  4. Maintain full scope implementation of sales & distribution routines, KPIs, goal settings, reviews, and reporting. Lead daily operational engagement with distributors.
Support Go To Market Initiatives
  1. Provide information to build and pilot GTM platforms.
  2. Implement targeted GTM models at distributors, ensuring compliance with standards, workflows, merchandising, training, measurement, and continuous improvement.
Distributor Management Strategy
  1. Support distributor setup, practices, control, performance evaluation, strategic reviews, and capability development, including termination of non-performing entities.
Team Leadership
  1. Manage, develop, and lead distributor teams.
  2. Ensure quality recruitment, performance reviews, rewards, and coaching for individual growth.
