Job Responsibilities
- Drive business growth within scope and targeted profitability for General Trade Channel at designated area
- Grow sales (volume & value mix), market share, Numeric and weighted distribution within scope. Execute Kraft Heinz strategic commercial plans including new market/channel entry, geo-expansion, direct-to-consumer, new product launches, cross-category promotions, in-store space acquisitions, distributor management, trade engagement/loyalty, and in-store execution of sales routines, promotion adherence, etc.
- Execute targeted portfolio strategy (SKU/channel/area mix) to maximize value creation. Drive local/tactical initiatives and propose new projects with business plans.
- Implement distributor sales processes to maximize efficiency and advise on profitability strategies for distributors. Manage stock availability to avoid OOS and prioritize SKU-sensitive strategies.
Execution of Trade and Consumer Activities
- Ensure best-in-class execution for General Trade Channel at the designated area.
- Implement strict control of RVP at store level through distributors and third-party merchandising teams to meet standards.
- Execute consumer activities (selling, events) matching execution standards.
- Maintain full scope implementation of sales & distribution routines, KPIs, goal settings, reviews, and reporting. Lead daily operational engagement with distributors.
Support Go To Market Initiatives
- Provide information to build and pilot GTM platforms.
- Implement targeted GTM models at distributors, ensuring compliance with standards, workflows, merchandising, training, measurement, and continuous improvement.
Distributor Management Strategy
- Support distributor setup, practices, control, performance evaluation, strategic reviews, and capability development, including termination of non-performing entities.
Team Leadership
- Manage, develop, and lead distributor teams.
- Ensure quality recruitment, performance reviews, rewards, and coaching for individual growth.
