A rapidly growing telecommunications provider in Indonesia is seeking an experienced Area Sales Coordinator to lead and maintain daily sales activities in Pesisir Selatan, West Sumatera. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, excellent communication skills, and at least 3 years of experience in the telecommunications or FMCG industry. Responsibilities include managing distributor relationships and enhancing salesforce capabilities.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Telco products and networks is an advantage.

Area Sales Coordinator - Based Pesisir Selatan - Sumatra Barat

We are seeking an experienced sales professional with excellent communication and leadership skills to lead and maintain daily sales activities through:

  • Sales Planning, Execution, Monitoring & Improvement in Sub Cluster
  • Territory Management
  • People Management

The role also involves salesforce maintenance to foster a positive working climate within the sub cluster.

Responsibilities
Planning, Execution, Monitoring & Improvement
  • Translate regional sales business plans into tactical sales plans for the sub cluster to meet business targets.
  • Oversee the execution and enhancement of the selling process by the salesforce (SGL, SGS, MD) through the Journey Cycle, ensuring clear communication, strong leadership, and disciplined execution.
Distributor, Outlet, Territory & Branding Management
  • Manage distributor and outlet relationships based on outlet classification priorities to maintain and increase sales volume opportunities.
  • Ensure outlet branding programs and POSM materials meet merchandising standards.
  • Maintain sub cluster productivity to achieve high sales volume and optimize low BTS revenue utilization.
  • Monitor AVA standards to ensure product availability, visibility, and advocacy across outlets by the salesforce.
People Management
  • Enhance salesforce capabilities, morale, and motivation to ensure business continuity.
  • Provide recommendations for salesforce evaluation and rotation to optimize placement and reduce attrition.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in any field
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in Telco or FMCG industry
  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Knowledge of Telco products and networks is an advantage
