About the Role

The Area Operations Supervisor is accountable for supporting the Area Operations Manager (AOM) in managing all spectrum operation drivers at the area level. This includes balancing supply and demand (BCR), utilization, driver acquisition, driver engagement, and resolving driver issues in the field. The role also involves handling conflicts, ensuring regulation compliance, and maintaining stakeholder relationships within the area.

What Will You Do
  • Manage driver community relations, marketing, and driver care responsibilities at the area level, including overseeing the channel walk-in center in each area.
  • Collaborate with the Operational Staff team to resolve problems according to established processes and standard operational procedures.
  • Address driver issues and empower Operational Staff to resolve problems effectively.
  • Develop and implement driver marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Conceptualize events, exhibits, and other below-the-line activities based on planned initiatives.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of driver engagement and communication activities.
  • Maintain effective internal communication to keep relevant company functions informed of marketing objectives.
  • Coordinate with the Area Operations Manager on escalated issues related to driver and customer service, and overall satisfaction.
What Will You Need
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in related fields.
  • Bachelor’s degree from a top university with GPA > 3.0 or equivalent.
  • Passion for community development; relevant previous experience is preferred.
  • Experience in launching community initiatives such as online forums, ambassador programs, or event series.
  • Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Enjoy engaging with many people, with strong insights capturing and documentation skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Willingness to relocate to a designated area.

The Area Operations team manages end-to-end operations and engagement initiatives for driver partners. The team ensures a healthy supply of drivers and delivers seamless on-ground execution, creating a reliable driver experience. It collaborates closely with cross-functional teams such as Sales and User Growth to align and implement area-level strategies.
