  • Mentor the Student Advisors to meet sales KPIs and maintain high conversion rates.

  • Establish customer-focused processes at each branch.
  • Engage with parents to enhance service and drive retention programs.
  • Align center performance with company goals and prepare detailed performance reports.
  • Contribute to strategic planning for regional growth.
