Job description

Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee all branch teams within the designated area to achieve sales and profitability targets effectively.
  • Drive business expansion across multiple cities by implementing structured processes to meet organizational objectives.
  • Develop and execute sustainable growth strategies for the car refinancing business through the recruitment of agent networks and the establishment of new acquisition channels.
  • Monitor and ensure portfolio growth while maintaining overall portfolio credit quality and risk management standards.
Requirements
  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in a Senior Manager position within SME Financial Institutions or Commercial Banking, with at least 1 year as an Area Manager.
  • Strong expertise in Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) or Commercial Banking sectors.
  • Extensive network within the SME or Commercial Banking industry, particularly in the assigned area.
  • Demonstrates confidence, excellent communication skills, a charismatic personality, and the ability to foster teamwork.
  • Capable of thriving under pressure, meeting ambitious targets, and managing time effectively in a dynamic environment.
