The Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Area Manager (Sales) to join the JSL Brands' team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales performance and operations of multiple retail stores within a defined geographical area. Your strategic leadership will be vital in driving sales growth, maximising operational efficiency, and ensuring consistent brand delivery across the region.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate the activities of multiple retail stores within your designated area

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue and profitability targets

Provide hands-on support and guidance to store leaders, ensuring they are equipped to deliver exceptional customer service

Monitor store-level performance metrics and identify areas for improvement

Collaborate with the central marketing team to ensure effective implementation of promotional campaigns

Identify and capitalise on opportunities for business expansion and new store openings

Foster a positive, customer-centric culture across your team

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant industry regulations

What We're Looking For

Substantial experience (5+ years) in area manager role, preferably within the retail garment

Proven track record of driving sales growth and operational excellence across a multi-site operation

Strong commercial acumen and the ability to analyse and interpret complex data to inform strategic decision-making

Excellent people management and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams

Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise with store managers, regional/head office teams, and external partners

Familiarity with retail garment industry best practices, trends, and emerging technologies

A collaborative mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement
