Job Description

Currently our client, a well-established brand in the F&B industry, is looking for a Head of Restaurant to join their team. Below are the details:

  • Responsible for the revenue and P&L.
  • Managing the partnership (restos).
  • Deal and execute joint business plans with suppliers (such as Malindo Feedmill).
  • Marketing strategy: market penetration, educating potential partners, create SOPs for partners, product development, brand awareness, advertising, influencer marketing, media releases, push on online platforms, thematic promotions, campaigns, etc.
  • Involved in Sunny Chick and other consumer goods products like Teh Pucuk, including bundling programs with Sunny Chick projects.
  • Reported to and managed directly 2 people (Manager and Assistant Manager Operation) with a total of 92 people under supervision (SC): 23 in HO and 69 in field/officer and crew outlets.
Job Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in the F&B industry (especially fried chicken restaurants).
  • Strong experience as Head of Restaurant/Restaurant Manager.
  • Experience expanding new branches, managing operations, and identifying strategic locations.
  • English communication is an advantage.
