Adecco Group is a global HR solution company and currently supporting one of the leading national EPC company (oil and gas sector) in the search for Area Manager to be placed in Riau.

What will you do?

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the full-cycle execution of artificial lift projects, with a primary focus on ESP implementation and operations.
2. Manage large-scale teams (>100 personnel) and ensure operational excellence and compliance with company standards.
3. Drive project planning, execution, cost control, resource allocation, and on-time delivery.
4. Coordinate with cross-disciplinary teams and clients to maintain project alignment and efficiency.
5. Conduct risk assessments, ensure adherence to safety standards, and support ISO/regulatory compliance.
6. Provide regular project updates, reporting progress and risks to internal and external stakeholders.
7. Foster a performance-driven culture while mentoring and motivating team members across field and office operations.

Who are we looking for:

Minimum Bachelor of Engineering degree or equivalent.

1. 10+ years of experience in the oil and gas sector, with at least 3+ years in a managerial role (Project, Area, or Site Manager).
2. Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience with Artificial Lift, especially Electric Submersible Pumps (ESP).
3. PMP or AACE certification is strongly preferred.
4. Advanced project management skills: planning, scheduling, cost control, forecasting, and reporting.
5. Demonstrated experience in managing and motivating large teams and coordinating multidisciplinary functions.
6. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills; able to influence internal and external stakeholders at various levels.
7. Fluent in English – minimum TOEFL score of 475.
8. Solid experience in coaching, mentoring, and leading performance-based teams.
