Responsibilities

• Managing operations of a franchise location by overseeing staff members, making operational decisions, and maintaining relationships with clients.
• Recruiting prospective franchisees based on their financial resources, business experience, and personal characteristics.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in handling, managing, and maintaining good relationships with distributors to achieve sales targets and product penetration.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build good relationships in new environments.
• Strong execution management and problem-solving skills.
• High integrity, honesty, motivation to learn, trustworthy, and humble.
• Ability to speak Mandarin is a plus.
