Job Description

  • Oversee multiple resort locations, ensuring top-tier service and performance while providing leadership to team leaders for operational consistency.
  • Mentor and train team lead, customer service team, and photographers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high guest service standards.
  • Collaborate with senior management to expand programs into new resorts, identify operational improvements, and drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor financial performance, analyze sales data, and set revenue targets to optimize profitability and operational efficiency.
  • Build strong partnerships with resort management, negotiate contracts, and align on strategic goals for mutual success.
  • Ensure all locations meet high service and compliance standards through audits, training, and adherence to regulations.
  • Maintain a seamless guest experience, implement feedback systems for service improvement, and handle escalated concerns.

  • Familiarity with photography services is preferred.
