Job Description

• Analyze and summarize the sales levels of restaurants and sales reports (COGS) and operational cost (labour cost, utilities, etc) from all outlets.
• Control and monitor the quality, cleanliness, health, and safety within the outlet environment.
• Responsible for all activities and operational services.
• Ensure customer satisfaction runs smoothly within all outlets.
