A leading retail organization in Indonesia seeks an experienced Area Manager to oversee operations across multiple stores and ensure brand standards. The role involves leading teams to meet sales goals, analyzing customer and sales trends, and ensuring a premium in-store experience. Candidates should have 3–5 years of retail management experience, strong leadership skills, and a willingness to travel between Yogyakarta and Semarang.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience as an Area Manager or Multi-Store Manager in retail, preferably fashion or lifestyle brands.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Commercial mindset with a passion for premium customer experience.
  • Willingness to travel between Yogyakarta and Semarang regularly.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with international fashion brands is a strong plus.
