A leading company in the Food & Beverages sector is looking for a Store Manager to lead operations and achieve sales targets across multiple outlets. The ideal candidate will have a background in F&B, strong leadership skills, and the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders. Minimum education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in any major
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Store Manager at a well-known F&B company or 1 year as an Area Manager in the Food & Beverages industry
Strong understanding of F&B regulations and operational standards
Proven experience in business development and team leadership
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with all stakeholders
Manage and achieve sales targets within the assigned area
Responsible for the Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC) of all outlets
Responsible for People, Equipment, and Product performance in the outlets
Verify employee discipline and grooming standards
Ensure outlets meet Quality - Service - Cleanliness performance standards
Monitor and control outlet budgets, including revenue and expenses
Verify the accuracy of reports submitted by each outlet
Evaluate raw material usage (COGS) for efficiency and cost control
Lead strategic development within the area
Report operational activities directly to the Head of Operations
