Le candidat idéal doit avoir un diplôme de bachelor et plus de 3 ans d'expérience dans des opérations multi-unités, avec des compétences avérées en leadership et en analyse. Ce poste est essentiel pour garantir l'excellence du service et l'alignement des performances de l'équipe avec les objectifs de l'entreprise.

Qualifications

• Minimum de 3 ans d'expérience en opérations multi-unités, de préférence dans la santé ou le commerce de détail.
• Capacité démontrée à diriger des équipes et à gérer des opérations sur le terrain.
• Compétences analytiques et décisionnelles solides basées sur des insights opérationnels.

Responsibilities

• Surveiller les opérations quotidiennes des cliniques pour assurer une exécution fluide.
• Assurer que les équipes des succursales offrent un excellent service aux patients.
• Analyser les données opérationnelles pour identifier les lacunes de performance.

As we scale up, we're looking for high-performing leaders to help drive that growth. We're hiring an Area Manager to lead regional operations, ensure service consistency, and turn strategy into strong results across multiple locations.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

Overseeing day-to-day operations across multiple clinics to ensure smooth execution and consistent service

Ensuring all branch teams deliver excellent patient service in line with our 3S standards: Smile, Greet, Serve

Monitoring compliance with company SOPs, regulatory standards, and internal policies

Analyzing operational data to identify performance gaps and drive area-level improvement initiatives

Coaching and developing Clinic Heads to align team performance with company goals

Supporting the implementation of quality and information security management systems

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and support branch readiness

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree (from any discipline)

3+ years of experience in multi-unit operations, preferably in healthcare, retail, or other fast-paced industries

Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage field operations, and execute consistently across locations

Strong analytical and decision-making skills based on operational insights

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other tools for performance monitoring

Willing to travel frequently and take a hands-on, mobile leadership role
