PT ABC President Indonesia (ABCPI) is a leading food and beverage manufacturer in Indonesia, known for its well-known brand "ABC". The company has steadily expanded its business and is a key player in the Indonesian and International Instant Noodle Market with a specialty in "Selera pedas" hot-flavor variant. ABCPI's factory is located in Desa Walahar, Karawang, West Java, with a focus on innovative products that satisfy customer needs.

Role Description

• Manage the end-to-end process of distributor claims for A&P (Advertising & Promotion) and sales returns—receive, review, and validate.
• Become Company’s Finance Representative to Distributors in terms of claim: Manage proper and effective communication and discussion
• Perform monthly reconciliation of the outstanding claim balance from Distributors; plan and execute follow-up actions including coordination with Sales Team, Finance Team and Distributor’s PIC for outstanding items
• Conduct physical stock count on Distributors’ Finished Goods regularly
• Act as a witness during destruction of returned goods as scheduled.

Job Specifications:

• Earn Accounting Degree (S1) from a reputable university; MM/MBA is a plus
• Have minimum 3 (three) years of working experience in Accounts Payable function – specifically in handling Advertising and Promotion - preferably in FMCG company
• Possess good communication, analytical and inter-personal skills
• Be accurate, thorough, precise and persistent
• Able to do multi-tasking, be a self-starter, pro-active and good team player
• Own willingness and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Acquire good command of English both verbal and in writing
• Able to operate Microsoft Excel and Power Point; Previous experience with SAP will be an advantage
