Job description

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain the performance of the KPI of the TL and FC.
• Review Area Manager performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis and document findings.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of the collections team, implementing measures to improve productivity and success rates.
• Review and evaluate accounts, determining appropriate actions in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal and customer service, to resolve complex or escalated customer issues.
• Balance accounts as needed (Replacement, unassigned).
• Manage attrition rate of Team Leader and Field Collector performance, productivity, following SOP, coaching, and mentoring.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience as a Field Collection Assistant Manager/Manager.
• Possess at least a Diploma's degree in any field.
• Good knowledge in collection and experience handling external teams and agency teams.
• Ability to build and lead a team effectively.
• Able to read and provide collection reports.
• Good understanding of control, monitoring, and coaching.
• Senior level candidate, maximum 45 years old.
• Able to speak English, minimum passive proficiency.
• Able to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Highly motivated, self-driven, able to work without close supervision, make decisions, and have a strong control attitude.
• Willing to travel outside Jabodetabek area.
