Area Business Supervisor

About the role

As an Area Business Supervisor at PT Kartika Inti Sejati, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of multiple retail stores for FMCG products. This is a full-time position based in Bekasi, West Java, with a focus on driving sales, managing distributors, and ensuring operational excellence across the assigned stores.

What you'll be doing

1. Provide leadership and mentorship to distributors within area, guiding them in achieving their sales, customer service, and operational goals.
2. Monitor store performance and identify areas for improvement, implementing strategies to drive increased sales and profitability.
3. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations across all assigned stores.
4. Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of store teams.
5. Collaborate with regional and head office teams to coordinate marketing initiatives, inventory management, and other cross-functional activities.
6. Analyse and report on key performance indicators, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
7. Foster a positive and customer-centric culture within the stores under your supervision.

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a FMCG industry.
2. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for identifying and addressing operational inefficiencies.
4. Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving store performance.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.
6. Familiarity with retail industry best practices, including inventory management, merchandising, and customer service.
7. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to interpret and leverage performance data.
