Job summary

Multi Bintang Indonesia is seeking an Area Business Manager for Balikpapan to drive sustainable growth across territories through strong commercial leadership and distributor partnerships. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in FMCG sales with at least 3 years in people leadership.
• Strong distributor management experience.
• Experience managing both on- and off-trade channels preferred.
• Proven track record of delivering growth, market expansion, and execution excellence.
• Willingness to be based in Balikpapan.

Lead and Develop the Team

Grow Market Presence

• Expand distribution and strengthen outlet penetration.

CANDIDATE CRITERIA

• Bachelor's Degree from any discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in FMCG Sales, with at least 3 years in a people leadership role.
• Strong experience in distributor management.
• Experience managing both on and off trade channels is preferred.
• Proven track record of delivering business growth, market expansion, and execution excellence.
• Experience managing geographically dispersed territories and complex route-to-market environments.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance growth, execution, and profitability.
• Demonstrated capability in coaching and developing high-performing sales teams.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Willingness to be based in Balikpapan.
