Job summary

PT IZUMI SENTUL REALTY is seeking a Site Supervisor – Architecture to oversee architectural construction works on the Opus Park project. You will ensure works follow approved drawings, specs, and schedules, and supervise on-site activities.

Coordinate with Structure, MEP, and other disciplines, review shop drawings, material submissions, and site conditions. Strong communication and detail orientation are essential to deliver quality finishes on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Relevant experience in architectural site supervision.
• Experience in high-rise or mixed-use projects is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of architectural construction methods and finishing works.
• Able to read and interpret Architectural and Shop Drawings.
• Good understanding of multidisciplinary coordination.
• Strong site supervision and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily architectural construction activities on site
• Ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and construction methods
• Monitor construction quality, workmanship, and project progress
• Review Shop Drawings, material submissions, and site conditions
• Inspect façade, flooring, ceiling, walls, doors, windows, and other architectural works
• Coordinate architectural works with Structure, MEP, and other disciplines
• Identify site issues and coordinate corrective actions with contractors
• Prepare site inspection, progress, and punch-list reports
