Job description

We seek a skilled Architectural BIM Modeler to support our architectural and engineering teams in delivering high-quality BIM models and construction documentation for various design consultancy projects. This role involves developing 3D BIM models, coordinating across disciplines, and ensuring accurate documentation throughout the design and construction stages.

You will work in a multidisciplinary consulting environment, collaborating with architects, structural and MEP engineers, and project managers to ensure that all BIM deliverables meet project standards and support seamless project execution.

Responsibilities:

Develop accurate and detailed 3D architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit

Produce construction drawings and documentation in line with project requirements

Collaborate with internal teams (architecture, structure, MEP) to ensure design coordination

Conduct clash detection and resolve model coordination issues

Maintain model accuracy and data integrity throughout project phases (design, tender, IFC)

Ensure compliance with local/international building codes and project specifications

Support preparation of BIM deliverables aligned with project milestones and timelines

Stay up to date with BIM trends, tools, and best practices

Participate in internal QA/QC reviews of BIM content and documentation

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Architecture or Civil Engineering

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience using Autodesk Revit in a project environment

Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction detailing

Experience in producing tender and construction documentation (IFC drawings)

Familiarity with multidisciplinary coordination and clash detection

Good knowledge of local and international codes and BIM standards

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in modeling and documentation

Proactive, collaborative, and able to work within tight project timelines

Bonus: Experience with Navisworks, BIM360
