About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Architect / Interior Designer to join our dynamic team at PT. UBD Global in Badung, Bali. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional design solutions that bring our clients' visions to life. Your expertise in both architectural and interior design will be crucial in delivering innovative and functional spaces that exceed our clients' expectations.

What you'll be doing

• Collaborating with clients to understand their unique requirements and design preferences
• Conceptualising and developing comprehensive architectural and interior design plans
• Producing detailed technical drawings, 3D renderings, and other design documentation
• Ensuring design adherence to relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Overseeing the implementation of design projects, coordinating with contractors and tradespeople
• Continuously researching industry trends and incorporating innovative design elements
• Providing regular progress updates and communicating effectively with clients

What we’re looking for

• Degree in Architecture or Interior Design, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in using design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, D5 Render
• Strong understanding of building materials, construction methods, and project management principles
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
• Creative problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Bali, Indonesia
• Strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written
