Architect

Responsibilities:

1. Developing architectural designs for villa construction projects, including conceptual drawings, floor plans, and elevations.
2. Collaborating with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure designs meet project requirements and specifications.
3. Overseeing the construction process to ensure compliance with architectural plans and specifications.
4. Conducting site visits and inspections to monitor progress and resolve any issues that may arise.
5. Providing guidance and support to junior staff members as needed.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in architectural design.
3. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other architectural software.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. SKA Certification would be preferred.
