Job description

NWP Property, one of Indonesia’s leading retail real estate owners and operators with over 30 malls across the country, is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Architect to join our growing team. This role plays a key part in designing, developing, and enhancing our retail properties, ensuring every project reflects quality, efficiency, and the vibrant NWP culture.

What You’ll Do

Design and develop concepts, layouts, 3D models, and detailed drawings for mall renovations, tenant fit-outs, and new retail development projects.

Produce high-quality 3D visualizations and renderings to effectively communicate design concepts.

Present design proposals and visualizations to management and stakeholders for review and approval.

Collaborate closely with Leasing, Operations, and Project teams to translate business needs into functional and aesthetic design solutions.

Review and approve tenant drawings to ensure compliance with mall design standards, building codes, and operational requirements.

Conduct site visits to monitor design execution and ensure quality standards are met.

Support budgeting and feasibility studies by providing design inputs and cost-conscious solutions.

Continuously improve and update design standards and guidelines for all NWP malls.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (Master’s degree is a plus).

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in architectural design, preferably in retail, commercial, or mixed-use projects.

Proficient in AutoCAD, 3D SketchUp, rendering software, Adobe Creative Suite, and capable of producing compelling presentations for management.

Strong knowledge of building codes, materials, and construction processes.

Detail-oriented, with strong project management and coordination skills.

Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

A passion for creating spaces that enhance the customer experience and add value to the business.
