Over the past 3 years, ARAD Studio has successfully completed a diverse range of architectural projects across Indonesia, including public transportation buildings, public space, educational buildings, commercial properties, and residential developments.

Job Description:

We are looking for talented and passionate architects to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong design sense, excellent technical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively on a variety of architectural projects. This role involves developing design concepts, preparing detailed drawings, and ensuring the successful execution of projects from conception to completion.

Qualifications:

1. Based in Bali
2. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
3. Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in architectural design
4. Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, D5 Render, and Adobe Photoshop
5. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
6. Good communication skills (verbal and written) in Indonesia and English
7. Attention to detail and a high standard of design quality

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and present design concepts that are in line with our studio’s values, align with client requirements, and project objectives
2. Participate in client meetings to understand project requirements
3. Create initial design schematics, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D models
4. Refine and develop design concepts into detailed architectural plans and specifications
5. Prepare detailed construction documents, including drawings, specifications, and material selections
6. Work collaboratively with project teams, including architects, engineers, and other consultants
