Job description

3-D Visualisation – create photoreal stills and short walkthrough videos (V-Ray / Lumion / Twinmotion).

Site Supervision – visit sites ±2× per week, check dimensions, finishes, and write concise photo reports.

Coordination – answer contractor RFIs, review shop drawings, suggest cost-saving tweaks.

Quality Control – keep models aligned with on-site reality and maintain tidy file libraries.

MUST-HAVE SKILLS

2–4 years architecture / interior documentation experience.

Strong AutoCAD & SketchUp.

Rendering in V-Ray, Lumion or Twinmotion.

Clear English communication + good field Bahasa.

Motorbike licence and willingness to travel up to 2 h for site checks.
